PACES pre-registration (common first year of health studies) for the 2026 intake is open from 7 September to 20 November 2026 at 11:59 pm (Madagascar time), on the inscription.facmedfianar.mg platform. It covers the Human medicine, General nursing, Nurse anaesthetist, Laboratory technician and Midwifery programmes.
Requirements: baccalaureate in series C, D or S, obtained in 2025 or 2026.
Pre-registration fee: 50,000 Ar for national applicants, 100,000 Ar for foreign applicants, paid to the Faculty of Medicine of Fianarantsoa (BNI 00005 00052 47822090200 82 or Access Banque 00011 00034 24100081885 37).
Documents to upload: baccalaureate transcript, recent birth certificate, ID photo and the fee payment receipt.
